With approval of State Council, People's Bank of China sent a notice that, from September 21, 2000, China's management system of foreign exchange interest rate of deposit and loan shall be in great reform. Foreign exchange loan interest rate shall be determined by nationwide financial institutions according to fluctuating of interest rate in international market, capital cost, risk difference, etc. Concrete foreign exchange loan interest rate of ICBC can be inquired in local branches.
